Apply to join the Manhattan Resident Managers Club as a Regular Member (Resident Manager), Associate Member (Vendor), or Affiliate Member (Property Management Professional).
The $450 payment includes $400 annual dues and a $50 application fee. After purchase, select your member type and complete one membership application using your checkout account. An administrator reviews your application before membership and directory access are activated.
If declined, $400 dues will be refunded; the $50 application fee is retained.
