Most professional clubs offer networking. The MRM Club offers that and a $150,000 life insurance benefit with no medical exam required. Regular and Affiliate Members in good standing receive this benefit automatically. Members 65 and under are covered at 100%.

The MRM Club meets the first Thursday of every month, September through June. Our annual social calendar is one of the most active in the industry.

Founded by William Key and Brendan Keane in 1980, the Manhattan Resident Managers Club has grown from a small group of professionals into the most respected resident manager organization in New York City. We’ve raised money for Toys for Tots, the Ronald McDonald House, and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. We’ve awarded scholarships to members’ children. And we’ve done it all while building a community that genuinely looks out for each other.
