Welcome To The Manhattan Resident Managers Club
Throughout the years, the Club’s Executive Committee has made it a priority to keep our Resident Managers well informed, so they are successful at their jobs and their buildings run effectively. It’s great to have the expertise of so many professionals at your disposal. The Club is also closely affiliated with the New York Association of Realty Managers (NYARM).
Who We Are
The Manhattan Resident Manager’s Club was founded in 1980 with the goal of bringing together the best in the industry to embrace our mutual commitment of being dedicated to the performance and advancement of the real estate manager. We are a group of professionals that promote a strong social and educational approach through our membership meetings. It is here that you will expand your knowledge base through our discussions, and cultivate lasting friendships and professional relationships. The club meets on the first Thursday of every month with the exception of July and August. It’s a great way to get together with colleagues in the industry to exchange ideas and share solutions. At each monthly meeting we have a speaker, usually a vendor or organization, to address the Club member’s concerns and educate us about new products, services, benefits or regulations in our industry.
News & Upcoming Events
The monthly club meeting will be held on the first Thursday of every month from September to June. Please note that the only acceptable dress code for our monthly meetings is jacket and tie. Please pay at the door. Members $60 and non members $100.
