Francis McLoughlin

PRESIDENT

Francis McLoughlin is President of the Manhattan Resident Manager’s Club, and has been a member of this distinguished Club since 2005. This is his second time serving as President, as he initially served from 2012 to 2014.

Francis was born in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn and moved to Bayside, Queens as a young boy. He attended Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament grammar school and graduated from Holy Cross High School in Flushing, Queens. At a young age, he learned that having a “Union job” would teach him the trade that he has turned into his living today. Francis worked as a handyman for 18 years at the Brevoort East in Greenwich Village. In 2003, he began his career as a Resident Manager at The Armory, a 160 unit residential building on Manhattan’s West Side.

Francis holds many esteemed awards including MRMC’s Resident Manager of the Year, Queens County AOH Man of the Year, OLBS Alter Rosary Society Award, and New York Mayo Society Man of the Year. He also serves on several community committees. Francis joined the Ancient Order of Hibernians in 1998 when he joined the Thomas Clarke Division 13 in Bayside, where he served as Vice President and Division President. He also served on the Queens County Board as Financial Secretary, Vice President and County President. Francis is a member of the Knights Of Columbus where he served as a Grand Knight. He is a member of the New York Building Manager’s Club, and he serves as the Board President of Tall Timbers Property Owners Association, a 940 unit condominium campground community in Sussex, New Jersey. He was chosen in 2009 as Aide to the Grand Marshal of the New York City St. Patrick’s Day Parade and was a co-founder of the Bayside St. Patrick’s Day Parade in 2017 where he currently serves as Vice President.
